Job summary

Bayer, a global leader in Pharmaceuticals, seeks a supply chain operations expert to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes in US markets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely order processing, billing and cash collection while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will drive NDC-12 readiness, manage master data and SAP interfaces, and lead risk and readiness reporting to PMO and leadership, aligning with external industry

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years of experience; or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Familiarity with regulated pharma environments and serialized / specialty supply models.
• Strong SAP / ERP knowledge and data interfaces; ability to translate requirements into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Lead compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions; strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Commercial and external partners; manage risk and readiness reporting.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; maintain documentation and escalation paths for PMO and leadership.
• Engage in industry discussions to keep Bayer’s readiness approach aligned with evolving external expectations.
