Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior operations professional in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery. You will coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, and government pricing programs, while aligning with IT, Regulatory, and Finance teams.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma operations, strong SAP/ERP and data integration experience, and proven cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years of experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or 3PL-based supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory, data and system requirements into practical operational actions and readiness reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and act as escalation point for operational issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and advise on contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, system interfaces and government pricing.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, readiness metrics, and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Keep Bayer aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation.
