Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, serialization or traceability, and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, service, billing, reconciliation, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and assist launches and new business/supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on logistics and supply chain to tailor customer solutions.
