Job summary

Bayer is hiring for a role overseeing daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash operations in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

You will coordinate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams to optimize processes and drive readiness for NDC-12 implementations, while focusing on customer satisfaction and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business/Supply Chain/Healthcare or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s plus equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience with regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized, specialty, or contract‑controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection.
• Act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries; drive compliant process improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions; maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and external partners; oversee risk, readiness metrics and escalation.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Monitor Bayer’s readiness on NDC-12, aligning with industry discussions and external expectations.
