Job summary

Bayer seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure reliable supply, and drive readiness activities across data, systems, and programs.

With a background in pharma operations and SAP expertise, you will implement compliant processes, support new business models, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Requires a multi-disciplinary customer solutions background in pharma.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and serialized supply models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business models, and act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain partners to tailor customer solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead cluster plans, manage project risks, and provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain readiness for external expectations and best practices in NDC-12 implementation.
