Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Director-level Operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate resources, ensure compliant processes, and drive readiness across data, systems, and pricing programs.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with account managers, sales, finance, and regulatory teams to optimize supply chain and customer service while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of related experience in pharma or healthcare operations.
• Experience in customer operations, supply chain, master data and system integration.
• Familiarity with regulated pharma environments and serialized supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, EDI/API interfaces, and data interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations for tailored solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, Finance and external partners; manage risks and readiness metrics.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 and evolving external expectations.
