Job summary

Univar Solutions USA Inc. is seeking a seasoned I+S Customer Solutions Manager to drive customer experience, operational excellence, and transformation across order-to-delivery. You will partner with Sales, Product, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance to deliver superior service and growth.

You will coach a team, manage performance, and embed continuous improvement while protecting margins and inventory performance in a hybrid work setting requiring three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in customer solutions, marketing, sales, or related roles.
• Experience in customer operations and transformation preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead key components of Customer Solutions strategy and initiatives.
• Drive ongoing improvements in customer experience and metrics (NPS, POI).
• Identify and implement process enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Manage a high-performing team with coaching and development.
