Univar Solutions is seeking a Senior Lead Customer Account Partner within the Customer Solutions Team. You will drive onboarding, order management, and service delivery while coaching partners and leveraging SAP and Salesforce to optimize processes.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor KPIs, and build strong internal partnerships to ensure exceptional customer service and profitable outcomes. This hybrid role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of Univar Solutions experience in a B2B environment (customer solutions).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong SAP expertise with order management and customer service processes.
• Advanced Salesforce CRM experience, including case management, reporting, and workflow optimization.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary escalation resource for onboarding and order management activities across cross-functional teams.
• Act as a functional SAP expert, providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators for order management and customer experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development support to Customer Account Partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver value-added support.
• Back up the Supervisor and provide leadership guidance to the regional team.
