Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a I+S Customer Solutions Manager in a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office. You will lead the customer lifecycle, drive operational excellence, and partner across Sales, Product, Purchasing, and Operations to improve the end-to-end customer experience.

Strong leadership and SAP proficiency are essential for success. You will coach a high-performing team, manage customer satisfaction, and contribute to margin protection and working capital performance.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in customer solutions, marketing, sales, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute components of the Customer Solutions strategy, including Operational Excellence, Quality Assurance, Training and Development, and business transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through feedback programs and performance analytics (NPS, POI, service quality).
• Identify and implement enhancements to processes, systems, and tools; partner with Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, Operations, IT.
• Deliver onboarding and development programs; lead integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions; ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team with talent acquisition, coaching, and career development.
