Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in customer solutions, marketing, sales, or related roles.
• Experience in customer operations with a history in customer service or sales transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Sales Support strategy, including enablement, processes, and performance management.
• Provide insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational challenges.
• Serve as a trusted partner to Sales and customers by managing relationships and escalations.
• Identify and implement enhancements to Sales Support processes, systems, and reporting.
• Develop and lead a high-performing Sales Support team and culture of accountability.
