Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in customer solutions, marketing, sales, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute key components of the Customer Solutions strategy, including Operational Excellence, Quality Assurance, Training and Development, and business transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through feedback programs, service quality monitoring, and performance analytics (NPS, POI).
• Identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements to processes, systems, and tools; partner with Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, Operations, IT to drive improvements and onboarding programs.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team with coaching, performance management, and career development.
