Job summary

Univar Solutions in Morrisville, PA, is seeking an I+S Customer Solutions Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences through operational excellence and strategic leadership across the order-to-delivery cycle.

You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, Operations, IT and finance to deliver improvements, coach a high-performing team, and manage key metrics such as NPS, POI, service levels, and margin protection.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in customer solutions or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional programs.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute customer solutions strategy with emphasis on operational excellence and service quality.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team; manage onboarding and performance.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, Operations, IT and others to drive improvements.
• Monitor KPIs including NPS, POI, service levels, and margin protection.
