Chelsea Groton Bank is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist (NE9) to deliver outstanding service and expert guidance across consumer and small business products. You will engage customers, process transactions, and educate on digital tools while supporting branch initiatives and community engagement.

The role requires an associate degree and 3+ years in cash handling, customer service, and lending, plus coaching ability to develop Financial Care Professionals.

Qualificações

• A.S. or equivalent; 3+ years in cash handling, customer service, lending, supervisory, and problem solving.
• Coaching experience to train and motivate Financial Care Professionals.
• Completion of small business, technology, leadership and residential lending milestones.
• Strong customer service, verbal/written communication, math, problem solving and organization.
• Detail-oriented, multi-tasker, and proficient with office equipment and computers.
• Tech-savvy with banking technology and tools; proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates Chelsea Groton Bank culture.
• Ability to move to various locations including vault; lift up to 15 pounds; bend and reach.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers to provide high-quality service and education on bank services.
• Refer commercial loans and cash management services to business partners.
• Open and process consumer and business deposits, credit products, and related services.
• Assist with supervision and coaching within the branch; support performance reviews and training milestones.
• Balance transactions and support branch operations and security procedures.
