Chelsea Groton Bank's Norwichtown location seeks a Customer Solutions Assistant Manager to lead daily service, oversee branch operations, and support customers in achieving financial goals.

The role requires coaching staff, strong knowledge of consumer and business lending, and ability to promote bank products while ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will interview loan applicants and train Financial Care Professionals.

Formación

• A.S. or equivalent; 3+ years of cash handling and customer service experience.
• Effective coaching, training, and mentoring skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, math and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engages customers inside and outside the branch to provide high quality service.
• Develops business by referring loans and cash management services to partners.
• Opens and processes consumer and business deposits and basic lending needs.
