Qualifications

• Requires an A.S. or equivalent; 3+ years cash handling, customer service, lending, supervisory and problem solving experience.
• Effective coaching experience and ability to train and motivate Financial Care Professionals.
• Proficiency with banking technology and MS Office applications; ability to demonstrate online/mobile banking features.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and responsive support.
• Engage with community and assist with business development and referrals.
• Open/process consumer and business deposit accounts and basic credit solutions.
• Interview and support loan processes from application to closing; meet SAFE MLO requirements.
• Promote bank products and support adherence to compliance policies.
