Qualifications

• Effective coaching experience and ability to train and motivate Financial Care Professionals.
• Tech-savvy with banking technology; able to demonstrate features to customers.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers inside and outside the branch to provide outstanding service.
• Develop business by networking with local businesses and referring services.
• Open and process consumer and business deposit accounts and credit solutions.
• Interview loan applicants and refer to MLOs as appropriate; support loan processing from application to closing.
• Promote bank products and services and participate in community activities.
• Balance transactions, handle cash, and ensure proper documentation for all activities.
