Job summary

Qualifications

• AS degree or equivalent; 3+ years cash handling, customer service, lending, supervisory and problem solving experience required.
• Effective coaching experience and ability to train Financial Care Professionals.
• Tech-savvy with banking technology and proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers inside and outside of the branch, informing and educating through various experiences including digital and public presentations.
• Participates in branch events and community initiatives and makes business development calls to area businesses.
• Maintains expert knowledge of bank products and services; opens and processes consumer and business deposit accounts, consumer and small business loans, and related services.
• Interview loan applicants and recommend appropriate consumer loans, credit cards, and other products; monitor processes from application to closing.
• Balances transactions and cash; supports branch operations and safety; assists with account maintenance and online banking demonstrations.
• Promotes the Bank's products and services and supports regulatory compliance requirements.
