Chelsea Groton Bank in All Locations is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist (NE9) to help customers achieve financial goals by delivering outstanding service and cross-training in operations, customer service, and lending.

This role involves community engagement, business development, and educating customers on banking services, including online and mobile banking, with opportunities to advance within the branch network.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent; 3+ years cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Proven coaching ability to train and motivate team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication, math, and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with banking technology and office software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers inside and outside the branch with courteous service.
• Develops business by calling on area businesses and referring loans and cash management services.
• Maintains expert knowledge of products and services; opens consumer and business accounts.
• Interview loan applicants and recommend appropriate loan products; handle from application to closing.
• Balances transactions and cash; assists with vault and branch operations.
• Promotes bank products and participates in community affairs.
