The candidate will coach, mentor, and train the team, drive continuous process improvements, and collaborate with sales, product, and operations to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Strong SAP expertise with knowledge of order management and customer service processes.
• Advanced Salesforce CRM experience with case management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proven leadership mindset with initiative, adaptability and ability to lead through ambiguity.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation resource for new customer account onboarding and order management, collaborating with multiple teams to resolve issues.
• Act as SAP expert, providing guidance and training to drive operational effectiveness.
• Monitor, analyze and report on KPIs including productivity, billing, and order management performance.
• Provide coaching and development support to Customer Account Partners and mentor new hires.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners to deliver value-added support.
• Act as backup to Supervisor, providing leadership support and decision-making to ensure continuity of service.
