Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in customer solutions, marketing, sales, or related roles required; experience in customer operations with a history in customer service/sales and customer support transformation preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Sales Support strategy, including sales enablement, commercial process execution, operational excellence, workforce planning, and team performance management.
• Monitor and improve operational performance through service metrics, scorecards, quality reviews, and performance analytics to ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted partner and advocate for Sales and customers by managing key relationships, resolving escalations, and delivering value-added support that drives customer retention and sales success.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements to Sales Support processes, systems, tools, and reporting capabilities to improve productivity, commercial effectiveness, and the customer experience.
• Manage and develop a high-performing Sales Support team through talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, and career development.
