Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide accurate information and assistance to customers, respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and promote FedEx services at the station.

This non-driving, Monday–Friday position requires basic computer terminal operation, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle packages, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to support daily station operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• No prior work experience required.
• Must be able to operate a computer terminal and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and assistance to customers, respond to inquiries and resolve problems.
• Sell company services and perform administrative support for station operations.
• This is a non-driving position and other duties may be assigned.
