You will actively upsell Graybar goods and services on inbound calls, assist with product selection, and coordinate service requests including pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• A passion for customer service is essential.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• 6+ years experience preferred.
• High School education; Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
