Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, entering orders and providing timely, professional support.

You will handle calls, assist with product selection, coordinate service requests, and contribute to a top-notch customer experience. This Monday–Friday role in Tallahassee, FL offers a $21.00 per hour pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 6+ years experience in customer service preferred.
• High School diploma or higher; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Strong communication and professional etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Enter orders and handle requests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Support product selection and application for customers.
• Coordinate service requests including pricing, expediting, and billing.
• Take inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence with follow-up.
