Graybar is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative in Chattanooga, TN. You will be the primary liaison for customers, entering orders, handling requests, and providing timely, professional support to ensure total satisfaction.

You will handle inquiries, assist with product selection, and coordinate service requests while contributing to a positive customer experience on every interaction.
