Graybar is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, taking orders and handling requests with professionalism and courtesy. You will interact with customers regularly and support sales on inbound calls.

You will assist with product selection and application, coordinate order entry, pricing, expediting, billing and claims, ensuring timely follow-up. A strong service mindset and 6+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of customer service experience.
• High school education; degree preferred.
• Strong communication and service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers, entering orders and handling requests promptly.
• Provide product selection and application support.
