Motion Industries in Shreveport, LA seeks a Customer Service Representative II to ensure customer expectations are met under general supervision. You will handle quotes, order entry, and multi-channel orders, negotiate pricing within parameters, and support relationships to drive repeat business.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and good computer skills, with a focus on accurate problem solving and timely service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Mansioni

• Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in (counter sales).
• Influences gross profit by negotiating sale/purchase prices within approved parameters.
• May adjust non-contract pricing to meet customer demands while maximizing profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Sourcing products from branch, DC, or supplier inventories and ensuring stock levels.
