Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Customer Service Associate IV in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The role supports key accounts, handles orders, pricing, and technical information, and collaborates with multiple internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

The position is hybrid with in-office presence required. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (AA preferred) and 3 years in account management; SAP/Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 3 years of Account Management Experience.
• Customer Success/Customer Relationship Management Skills.
• SAP and Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Key liaison for customers within assigned territory.
• Oversee key accounts and order fulfillment in the order-to-cash process.
• Provide pricing and availability of material to customers.
• Process orders and required changes, resolve delivery issues.
• Provide product data and technical information to customers.
• Work with TE employees to resolve delivery issues; escalate as needed.
• Process customer complaints and returns; manage backlog.
• Case management within Salesforce; support Sales Managers and representatives.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, planning, pricing and shipping.
