Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience, including order entry and processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, providing accurate, professional, and timely support.
• Enter and process customer orders in SAP, clarifying product numbers, pricing, quantities, and shipping details.
• Help customers understand available products and services to inform purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate production and shipping timelines with internal departments to resolve order issues.
• Document customer interactions, transactions, and order details for accurate records.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to the Customer Service Director or Sales Manager.
• Capture customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve service and processes.
• Participate in team training and contribute ideas to improve systems and processes.
