RFHIC US Corporation in North Carolina is seeking an Account Associate to manage RFQs, POs, and lead times from customers by phone, email, or fax. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate quotations and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales support, strong communication, and a willingness to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced, ITAR-regulated environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management.
• Associates degree or bachelor’s degree; B.S. preferred.
• US citizen or green card holder to support ITAR/federal business.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and processes customer requests for quotations and orders via email, phone, or fax.
• Verifies pricing, lead times, inventory, and order status with multiple internal teams.
• Manages orders from receipt to shipment, providing status updates to customers.
• Maintains records for orders, inventory, and shipments; processes returns and credits.
• Builds customer relationships and supports government/military orders and export compliance.
• Limited travel of 10%+.
