Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Phi is hiring at the Hamilton Plaza Store in Hamilton, NJ. The role pays $18.00 per hour with full-time opportunities, and includes cross-training in Donation-Utility and Barcoder tasks.

You will process transactions, handle cash, greet customers, and promote Round-Up donations to support job training initiatives. Responsibilities include keeping the sales floor tidy, stocking merchandise, setting prices with supervision, and communicating clearly

Responsibilities

• Process register transactions accurately and count cash in drawer.
• Encourage Round-Up donations and maintain a 40% monthly average.
• Greet customers and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and dressing rooms.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Stock merchandise and label prices under supervision.
• Operate store systems and announce information clearly.
• Support cross-training for Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder roles.
