You will stock shelves, help donors, and maintain clean work areas while following store policies. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is needed, with opportunities for cross-training in various store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming softline and hardline goods with high quality.
• Maintain accurate and consistent prices for items; sort items appropriately.
• Stock the sales floor as assigned and keep areas neat and orderly.
• Assist customers/donors, accept donations, and sell merchandise.
• Follow policies and safety procedures; provide exceptional customer service.
• Cross train for roles such as Barcoder, Donation-Utility Associate, Material Handler, and Warehouse Helper.
