Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is hiring for a Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder. The role involves processing transactions, engaging customers, and promoting Round-Up donations. You will stock, price, and maintain the sales floor while supporting opening and closing procedures.

The position requires reliability, honesty, and strong communication in English. Full-time and part-time schedules may apply, with benefits eligibility for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience or similar role.
• Honesty and integrity in handling money and transactions.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Energetic and able to maintain high-energy interactions with customers.
• Accurate cash handling and attention to detail.
• Clear and effective English communication in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Process register transactions, handle money, and balance a cash drawer.
• Encourage Round-Up donations and meet monthly target (40%).
• Greet customers and engage them at the register and on the floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and dressing rooms.
• Stock merchandise and identify prices with on-site guidance.
• Learn opening/closing procedures and complete tasks as needed.
• Wear the uniform and uphold store policies; attend to customer concerns.
