Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a Donation-Utility Associate/Barcoder to support daily store operations. You will process register transactions, handle money, and encourage customers to participate in Round-Up donations.

You will cross-train to stock and maintain sales floor, assist with opening and closing procedures, and maintain cleanliness and organization while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or donation-driven environments preferred.
• Ability to handle money and process transactions accurately.
• Willingness to learn cross-training duties.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Process register transactions and handle money accurately.
• Encourage Round-Up donations from customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and dressing rooms.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and stock replenishment.
• Provide friendly, timely announcements and keep customers informed.
• Wear a company uniform and adhere to store policies.
