Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Phi in Hamilton, NJ seeks a store associate at Hamilton Plaza Store. Position offers Full-Time/Part-Time with an hourly wage of $16.50. Responsibilities include donor greetings, assistance with loading, inventory labeling, and keeping donation and production areas organized.

Follow all policies, safety procedures, and dress code. Role includes cross-training as Barcoder/Processor Trainee and delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting

Responsibilities

• Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
• Accept donations and provide a positive donor experience with proper etiquette.
• Cross-training as Barcoder and Processor Trainee.
• Label outgoing gaylords correctly and maintain merchandise organization.
• Assist customers with loading and sign waivers for furniture purchases.
• Prepare sale tickets and signs for large items.
• Load/unload merchandise as needed and operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
• Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and report injuries promptly.
• Maintain clean, neat appearance and wear issued uniform.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
