Goodwill in Bordentown, NJ is seeking a Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder to support everyday store operations. You will process donations, handle the register, and drive Round-Up donations while engaging customers with friendly, efficient service.

You will stock merchandise, maintain a clean sales floor, and participate in opening/closing procedures. Cross-training and uniformed appearance are required, with regular attendance expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process register transactions, handle money, count drawer, and solicit Round-Up donations.
• Achieve 40% Round-Up transaction average monthly.
• Engage customers with greetings, listening, and problem resolution.
• Stock and maintain sales floor with newly processed merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized store including dressing rooms and restrooms.
• Open and close procedures as needed; use store systems for announcements.
