Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 10 years of relevant experience in customer-facing support or requirements analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent eight years of related experience).
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to support IT/business process improvements.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS/CAS and DoD/DoW policies.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and SCRUM in projects.
• Knowledge of DAWIA program and procurement management and related methodologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide requirements analysis, technical expertise, tracking, and recommendations for DoD/DoW customers.
• Coordinate as liaison for customer requirements, IT investments planning, and process reengineering.
• Provide first-tier customer support and track engagements.
• Conduct gap analysis and assess business processes and solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing, communications, and rollout activities.
• Monitor governance, security, and facility-access compliance.
• Participate in IT working groups and forums.
