The ideal candidate has an Active Secret Clearance, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a Master’s degree or 5+ years leading complex projects.

10 years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree or 5+ years leading or supporting complex projects.
5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, or performance reporting.
Competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM leadership, and/or DAWIA Program/Procurement Management.

Responsibilities

Provide project and program management support using recognized practices.
Analyze and organize information for leadership; support governance, metrics, and reporting.
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes; provide training and knowledge transfer.
Prepare monthly progress, status, and management reporting.
Support events and personnel processes; ensure compliance with DoD/DoW policies.
