Assertive Professionals seeks a Senior Procurement & Contracts Analyst to support a DoD/DoW customer in Quantico, VA. The role involves procurement lifecycle activities, market research, and contract administration with a focus on compliance with FAR/DFARS.

The candidate should have a Secret clearance and 10+ years of federal experience, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and strong technical writing skills. Onsite work at a government facility is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• 10 years of relevant experience in federal procurement/contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; or eight years of federal acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS and DoD/DoW policies.
• Excellent technical writing and business strategy skills.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and contract lifecycle activities, including documentation and market research.
• Prepare PWSs, IGCEs, DF, and acquisition planning artifacts.
• Handle contract administration, reporting, and policy compliance.
• Support ServiceNow/ABM actions and maintain contract repositories.
