New Senior Business & Financial Operations Analyst Remote Apply Assertive Professionals is seeking a Senior Business & Financial Operations Analyst supporting our DoD/DoW customer in Quantico, VA. Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.

• Additional PTO may be given for excused government absences. The salary for this position is $100,000, based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements. Employees are also eligible for a $1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus for time and attendance compliance. In addition, candidates are eligible for either a $2,000 sign-on bonus or up to $2,000 in relocation cost reimbursement. Responsibilities Include: The Senior Business & Financial Operations Analyst will support DCSA Acquisition & Technology by identifying and addressing gaps in business operations, documenting and improving workflows, developing SOPs and draft policies, supporting business case and gap analyses, managing lifecycle documentation, supporting project cost tracking, WBSs and schedules, governance activities, process improvement, reporting and metrics, onboarding/offboarding support, year-end ABM reconciliation, and special projects.

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; OR A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting experience
• 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis of financial or programmatic data
• Must possess competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or Procurement methodologies
• Working knowledge of applying Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and other applicable Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies
