- Salary for this position is $100,000, based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements
- Employees are eligible for a $1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus for time and attendance compliance

- Additional PTO may be given for excused government absences
Responsibilities
- The Senior Customer Requirements Analyst will support DCSA Enterprise Operations/Customer Support by providing requirements analysis, technical expertise, tracking, and recommendations
- The position will serve as a liaison for customer requirements, business process reengineering, IT capability requests, system requirements specifications and analysis, and initial planning activities for IT investments
- Provide first-tier customer support
- Track customer engagements
- Conduct gap analysis
- Analyze business processes and solution alternatives
- Collect and report customer feedback
- Participate in IT working groups and technical forums
- Support user journey and engagement analysis
- Coordinate application and infrastructure efforts
- Support User Acceptance Testing
- Support communications, training and rollout activities
- Support governance activities
- Monitor user-experience and service-delivery metrics
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10 years of relevant experience
- A Bachelor's degree or higher; OR A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in customer-facing support, requirements analysis, or operational analysis
- Demonstrated technical writing skills and experience supporting business or IT process improvement
- Must possess competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or Procurement methodologies
- Working knowledge of applying Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and other applicable Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
Onsite Position Requirements
- This position requires regular onsite work at a government/customer facility
