Assertive Professionals seeks a Senior Acquisition and Procurement Analyst to support DoD/DoW contracting efforts at Quantico, VA. You will lead market research, develop requirements, and assist in procurement package preparation, with emphasis on technical writing and strategic procurement management.

The role requires an Active Secret Clearance, a Bachelor’s degree (or eight years of federal procurement experience), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 10 years of relevant experience or 8+ years with degree.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; OR 8+ years in federal acquisition, contracting, or procurement support.
• Experience with market research, acquisition documentation, contract administration, or procurement analysis.
• Technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM leadership, and/or DAWIA Program/Procurement Management.
• Ability to read/write/speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Support DoD/DoW acquisition and contracting processes.
• Conduct market research and prepare supporting documentation.
• Develop IGCEs, PWSs, and SOWs; assist with procurement packages and evaluations.
