Assertive Professionals seeks a Policy & Planning Analyst to support DoD/DoW at Quantico, VA. This on-site role combines policy drafting, program management, and governance activities within a security-cleared environment.

Required: Active Secret Clearance, 3 years of relevant experience, and a bachelor’s degree or eight years of related policy/management work. Excellent English, technical writing, and knowledge of FAR/DFARS are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher or 8 years of equivalent policy/management work.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAFS and DoD/DoW policies.

Responsibilities

• Draft policies, procedures and standards for the Acquisition & Technology organization.
• Support strategic communications and project management activities.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures and schedules.
• Track project costs and performance and prepare assessments.
• Support change control, governance, and process improvement activities.
