The position requires Active Secret Clearance, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a degree in finance, accounting, or business, with extensive knowledge of federal regulations and procurement methods.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance/operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; OR 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 3 years of quantitative analysis of financial or programmatic data.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS/CAS and DoD policies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address gaps in business operations; document and improve workflows.
• Develop SOPs and draft policies; support cost tracking, governance, and reporting.
• Support lifecycle documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and year-end reconciliation.
