Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist III to join the PSA Customer Relations team at our Santa Ana, CA office. This full-time, onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, requiring strong customer relations experience, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

You will engage with customers, de-escalate issues, and collaborate with Operations to provide timely resolutions. Knowledge of Google Workspace and Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of strong customer relations skills in a customer service environment.
• Experience handling customer resolutions, processing and investigating claims, shipping and handling.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with an empathetic manner.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions for customer responses.
• Provide accurate information using department protocols to customers.
• Resolve queries by clarifying issues and explaining best solutions.
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Continuously update department spreadsheet of incoming orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the lead/supervisor.
