Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a temp-to-hire Customer Relations Specialist III for the PSA Customer Relations team in Santa Ana, CA. The role is onsite, Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11pm, reporting to the Customer Relations Supervisor.

You will handle customer inquiries, process claims, and support cross-functional teams to deliver accurate resolutions. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in customer relations, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Google

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant customer relations experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with an empathetic manner
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to work cross-functionally
• Experience using Google Workspace and Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to resolve inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with Operations to provide solutions
• Provide accurate information using department protocols
• Clarify issues and determine best solutions
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Update order spreadsheets and escalate unresolved cases
