Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Customer Quality Manager to join their team! This critical leadership position is focused on driving customer satisfaction and ensuring top-tier quality standards across semiconductor products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing quality engineering team focused on customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer quality concerns and initiatives
  • Apply 8D problem-solving methodology to address and resolve customer issues with data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, test, and field sales teams to align product performance with customer expectations
  • Review and respond to customer audits and change notifications
  • Support product approval processes by ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements
  • Travel internationally to visit customer sites and build strong working relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of customer quality engineering experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Proven expertise with 8D methodology and quality systems
  • Strong background in semiconductor manufacturing and product lifecycle
  • Experience communicating directly with customers in a quality leadership role
  • Excellent technical writing and reporting skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required (Up to 60% of the time)

Education/Certification Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is required

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Mandarin for both written and verbal communication
