A leading semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality. The candidate will lead a team, interface with customers, and drive quality improvements. This role requires extensive experience in quality engineering, particularly in integrated circuits, and strong problem-solving skills.
The candidate will be the champion of quality in promoting customers’ perception of company products. The candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by managing quality standards and customer expectations. The candidate will work seamlessly with various functional groups within the company and its supply base to secure customers’ approval of PI products, facilitate customer audits, ensure timely resolution of product quality problems, and drive corrective and preventive actions as needed. The candidate will act as the technical interface on quality matters with customers. As such, the candidate must have quality systems expertise with excellent organizational and communication skills. The candidate must have a proven track record of having worked in a similar role at a semiconductor company.
