Job summary

DOSS, based in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Product Lead to own three product lines in Operations Cloud: Core, Physical, and Financial. You will drive end-to-end product management from discovery to release, partner with architects on design, and coordinate with the implementation team to deploy scalable solutions for complex enterprises.

You will run customer discovery, write decisive PRDs, and defend trade-offs to executives.

Qualifications

• Shipped real product surfaces in inventory, procurement, OMS, AR/AP, costing, fulfillment, or related areas.
• Owned end-to-end product with measurable revenue or adoption.
• Designed for the Nth customer with configurable vs. opinionated scope.
• Partnered with engineering; named engineers/architects and defended scope.
• Wrote executive-ready memos and PRDs for complex products.
• Led product teams delivering multi-quarter roadmaps with clear metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product surface for your pod, including discovery and release readiness.
• Lead the pod through design and delivery, and track adoption/output metrics.
• Run customer discovery with Implementation Team and generalize capabilities for many customers.
• Write tight PRDs and ship durable docs.
• Collaborate with Architects on system design, schemas, workflows, and integrations.
• Sequence roadmap, phase ruthlessly, defend trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Enforce release readiness and QA across your pod.
• Bridge Applications and PMO, triage feedback and generalize insights.
• Brief Sales/GTM on shipping plans and timelines.
