The Hertz Corporation in Memphis, TN is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Manager to lead front-of-house processes, customer service, and revenue generation within the Customer Operations team.

You will oversee Customer Operations Managers, drive daily operations, coordinate with sales, resolve issues, and steer a high-performing, engaged team while upholding standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service or Operations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Customer Operations Managers and staff.
• Manage daily customer operations, fleet availability, and revenue generation.
• Lead processes to meet customer expectations and align sales methods with operations.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Drive sales processes to create value-added solutions (VAS).
• Promote productivity improvements and uphold Standards of Work.
• Communicate plans to engage employees and achieve results.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations where applicable.
• Participate in recruitment as needed.
• Provide updates and operation indicators to leadership.
