Hertz is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to lead front-of-the-house processes, drive revenue, and supervise frontline teams at a California location. This role emphasizes strong communication, efficient operations, and overall customer satisfaction.

You will guide daily operations, align sales techniques with processes, and champion a positive employee culture while managing budgets and vendor relations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and experience in car rental or hospitality is valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Operations.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for daily customer operations and revenue generation.
• Leads and supports processes to meet customer expectations and sales method alignment.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Drive sales processes focusing on value-added solutions (VAS).
• Champion productivity improvements and ensure Standards of Work.
• Engage in effective communication to build employee engagement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and participate in recruiting when required.
• Provide updates and indicators to management as requested.
